São Torpes
A long beach south of Sines, easy when small and barrelling on good days.
São Torpes is a long beach south of the port of Sines. In small or medium swell the wave is easy to surf; on good days it gets hollow and more powerful.
For years it was known for having the warmest water on the coast, thanks to the nearby power station, now closed. The vibe in the water is very friendly.
