Algajola
The long beach of a Balagne village between Calvi and L'Île-Rousse.
Algajola has a couple of kilometres of sandy beach beside the village and its citadel. It faces north and north-west, and with mistral swell and a southerly wind it gives soft, regular waves.
It's one of the easiest beaches in Balagne for learning when there are waves.
