La Misericordia
Málaga city's surf beach, beside the old Misericordia chimney.
La Misericordia, west of Málaga's port, is the most surfed spot in the city. It works with an easterly or westerly swell, and the banks between the groynes give short lefts and rights.
When there are waves it fills up quickly with surfers, bodyboarders and schools.
