Tavernes (La Goleta)
An open beach in La Safor, quiet and with groynes that hold the banks.
The beach at Tavernes de la Valldigna, including the La Goleta area, is a long stretch of sand open to the east. The groynes help keep the banks in shape and, with an easterly swell and a westerly wind, clean peaks appear.
It's a quiet alternative to Cullera, a few kilometres north.
