Klitmøller
The heart of Cold Hawaii: boulder reefs, a surf community and a windsurfing World Cup.
Klitmøller is a former fishing village that became the capital of Danish surfing and windsurfing. In front of the village there are boulder reefs (such as The Reef) and sandbanks that give powerful waves with a west swell and an easterly wind.
It has surf schools, shops and a very active community; every autumn it hosts a windsurfing World Cup event.
