Santa Marinella (Roma) · Lazio

Santa Severa

A beach with mixed bottoms below the medieval castle of Santa Severa.

Beach breakAll levels

Next to Santa Severa castle, the dark-sand beach has rocky patches that shape the peaks. It works with the same swell as Banzai but with softer waves, so it suits all levels.

It's one of the most photographed beaches on the Roman coast.
