Exiles (Sliema)
A flat reef in front of Sliema's promenade that works with the gregale.
In front of Sliema's seafront, in the area known as Exiles, the coast is a flat rock shelf. In a gregale, the north-easterly storm, waves break over the reef a few metres from the city.
It's Malta's urban spot and fills up quickly when there are waves.
