Valdoviño (A Frouxeira)
A beach several kilometres long with peaks everywhere and room for everyone.
A Frouxeira is Valdoviño's main beach, with a lagoon behind it and several access points. There are peaks all along the sand, so just walk along it to find the bank that works best that day.
It's quieter than Pantín and very good for learning or progressing in small swell. In big swell it closes out in many areas.
