La Pineda
Tarragona's go-to surf beach, with small waves over a sandy bottom.
La Pineda, between Tarragona and Salou, is a long fine-sand beach facing south. With a south or east swell and a northerly wind it gets soft waves that bring together the surfers of the Camp de Tarragona.
It rarely gets much size, but it's a good beach for learning and longboarding.
