Laigueglia / Andora (Savona) · Liguria and Tuscany

Capo Mele

A right-hand point below the cape, one of the longest waves on the Riviera di Ponente.

Point breakIntermediate

Below Capo Mele, between Laigueglia and Andora, south-west swell wraps around the cape and opens a right over rock and stone. When the libeccio blows and then the wind swings to tramontana, it's one of the longest waves in Liguria.

It draws surfers from all along the Riviera on good days.
