Sturla
Genoa's urban spot, with rocky peaks in front of the Sturla neighbourhood.
At Sturla, east of Genoa's centre, the rock-and-stone bottom by the mouth of the stream gives left and right peaks when a south-east or south swell arrives.
It's the go-to peak for Genoese surfers and fills up as soon as there are waves.
