Marina di Pisa
Peaks over the breakwaters at Marina di Pisa, by the mouth of the Arno.
At Marina di Pisa, south of the Arno's mouth, the coast is protected by rock breakwaters and small jetties. With a libeccio the swell breaks over them and forms peaks with more wall than the sandy beaches.
It's a favourite with surfers from Pisa and Livorno.
