Xagó
A wild beach between dunes and cliffs north of Avilés, with several peaks and a good vibe.
Xagó is an open beach in Gozón, surrounded by dunes and headlands. It's very consistent and has a series of peaks that can get hollow at high tide, with good rights for turns.
The nearby hills shelter it from the north-easterly summer breezes, so it's a good option from May to August, even when Rodiles isn't working.
