Platja de Pals
An open Costa Brava beach, one of the most consistent in Girona with an easterly.
Pals beach is a long, undeveloped stretch of sand between L'Estartit and Begur, fully open to the east. It picks up easterly storms very well and often has waves when the rest of the Costa Brava is calm.
In big swell it can close out; the best days combine a medium east swell with a westerly wind.
